Aim: The most common causes of blunt trauma are traffic accidents and falls from height. Thoracic region complications may be seen in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). aim this study was to examine thoracic developing cases applied with CPR following a fall height no direct chest trauma. Materials Methods: were examined after the exclusion where death occurred an autopsy performed. Results: Evaluation made 109 who met criteria, comprising 82 males 27 females. Fractures sternum costa at higher rate than reported studies literature. No statistically significant difference determined between genders respect fracture rates. As age increased, there found increase fractures. Conclusion: This is first have Just as effects on body general, also known some indirect effects. results showed developed cardiac arrest
